1978
Our founder Mr. Adil ÖZALTIN established the company as a sole proprietorship for the purpose of trading of plastic and rubber automobile spare parts.
2000
Mr.Semih ÖZALTIN joined to the Company.
2002
Mr.Melih ÖZALTIN joined to the Company.
2003
Mr.Ali Nezih ÖZALTIN joined to the Company.
2005
The Company has been reorganized, has become a Limited Company.
2006
Industrial Sponge Shaping has been focused on, Lamination, Slitter and Press machine investments have been realized.
2008
Horizontal and Vertical Foam Cutting Machines was purchased.
2009
Precisa brand density kit and Aging oven device are included in the laboratory.
2011
R&D studies have been started for the production of EPDM Sponge with Closed Pores. With the support of KOSGEB, 2 R & D and 1 Industrial Application Project has been started.
2012
An investment of Thermoplastic Elastomer Production Line with a capacity of annual 100.000 blocks has been realized.
2013
The first EPDM Block production was realized.
2013
Kiss-Cut Cutting machine was puchased.
2014
Integrated EPDM Sponge Production Line investment has been realized.
2015
KOSGEB projects have been completed successfully.
2016
ZWICK Dynamic Material Testing Machine was purschased.
2016
2.000 m2 closed area Factory Building investment has been made.
2016
R&D studies have been focused on the producingof semi-open cell EPDM sponge.
2017
On first and only semi-closed cell EPDM Sponge block production was carried out in Turkey.
2017
Montech brand Rheometer and Viscometer investments.
2018
The 3rd factory building with an area of 4.080 m2 is being invested.
2018
Fecken Kirfel, the German origin splitting machine, has been added to the machine park.
2019
The 4rd factory building with an area of 2.040 m2 is being invested.
